Russian Dill Butter (Ukropnoe Maslo)

Dill Butter

200 gr butter
5 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

Melt butter slowly, then combine with the herbs.

Serve with warm patatoes.
